Bobby Hawk
Founder
Bobby has served the concrete industry for over 40 years with the creation of his first business, Mixer Truck Specialist (MTS). Bobby and his crews provided services that allowed mixers to continue working in Texas and the surrounding 4 states. MTS provided de-slabbing, bowl fabrication, sandblasting, and re-painting entire fleets. Throughout his early years of business, sandblasting became his prominent line of work. As the sandblasting demand continued to grow, Bobby created his sister company, Metro Transit Sandblasting. Bobby has since turned daily operations to the next generation, his two sons Kyle and Mitchell.
Kyle Hawk
president
Kyle graduated from Texas A&M in 2010. Kyle has 4+ years of experience in oil field working during college at PumpCo services and BJ services. Kyle also owned and operated a small welding company servicing hydraulic fracturing equipment from 2008-2010. After graduation, Kyle accepted a position as president of Metro Transit Sandblasting.
Mitchell Hawk
Vice President
Mitchell graduated from Texas A&M in 2012. Mitchell was heavily involved in agriculture for his first year after college where he assisted in managing a 300+ head cattle operation in southern Oklahoma. In 2013, Mitchell accepted the position of Vice President of Metro Transit Sandblasting.
Ryan Machieck
MTS WTX President
Ryan graduated from Texas Tech in 2012. Ryan was heavily involved in agriculture for his first 3 years after college where he was a sales representative for Helena chemical. Ryan currently ranches and manages a small cotton farming operation in Glasscock County. In 2019, Ryan and Kyle Co founded MTS WTX, LLC, located in Garden City, TX, in order to better serve the Permian Basin.
